Message to students from Councillor Judi Partridge (Ward 15):

Please pass on this email to all the students. I want them to know how very pleased I was to have the opportunity to meet them today.  And the message to each and every one of them, is thank you for taking on this project and the commitment to make it happen at Memorial Park.  I appreciate all of their efforts .  What they are doing with this commemorative tree planting and dedication is a legacy project for their community that will live on for many years. They are doing what very few people ever take the initiative to do or have the opportunity to do.  That is huge in my books.  Please let them know how proud I am of each and every one of them. I look forward to working with them over the coming months ahead.
